Sarah Waters is a portrait and commercial photographer based in Portland Oregon and travels domestically and abroad. Her two portrait studios are located in NE Portland and the small town of Spray in Eastern Oregon. It is in Eastern Oregon where she's renovating a building property that will begin hosting small intimate retreats in the Fall of 2023.
